RadLink modernises medical imaging services with EIZO
RadLink is Singapore’s leading, privately-held provider of outpatient radiological imaging services.
Their comprehensive services include providing X-Ray or Ultrasound images, conducting advanced molecular imaging procedures as well as AI-assisted diagnostics.
RadLink is dedicated to enhancing patient care using advanced technology. In their commitment to constantly improve, RadLink turned to EIZO SEA to assist in transforming their imaging technology and future-proofing their expanding operations.
Enhancements with Eizo
RadLink delivers a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services and operates a GMP-compliant radiopharmaceutical facility for producing and distributing radioactive isotope tracers. RadLink’s team of radiologists also offer remote reporting services across Singapore and Asia Pacific, recently incorporating sophisticated AI to enhance diagnostics.
Rapid growth in demand for RadLink’s services led to the expansion of its operations, including 8 diagnostic imaging centres, a PET-CT scan centre, a cyclotron facility, and a teleradiology company. Dr. Chee Way Eng, Managing Director at RadLink, recognised the need for large, single wide-screen displays to replace the traditional dual-screen Reporting workstations. This would eliminate the middle bezels and create the ability to view monochrome and colour imaging on the same screen.
From a trial to technological transformation
RadLink had identified the need for a comprehensive multi-modality solution and EIZO SEA was selected as the ideal partner to meet that need.
During a live trial of EIZO RadiForce RX660 monitors, RadLink’s radiologists experienced the workflow benefits of using 30-inch, 6-megapixel screens, enabling multiple applications to run simultaneously with rich matte images that are easy on the eyes.
To enhance the performance of the multi-modality displays, EIZO SEA recommended RadiNET Pro Quality Assurance (QA) software, for use across all RadLink sites. With RadiNET Pro, Quality Control was centralised, allowing RadLink to calibrate their monitors and generate reports from one workstation, simplifying maintenance and ensuring consistency across all sites.

Transitioning to EIZO’s Large screen multi-modality displays greatly improved RadLink’s comfort of use and diagnostic accuracy. The further step of centralising Quality Control with RadiNET Pro has streamlined operations, ensuring that all monitors perform optimally, adhering to strict quality standards without disrupting radiologists’ workflow.
