Contrast and Sharpness
High resolution IPS panel means sharp edges and clear contrast which, for example, makes type easier to read. Wide viewing angles minimise colour shifts and changes in contrast to ensure consistent image quality and a clear view from any position.
Brightness adjustment
Auto EcoView prevents eye fatigue by detecting changes in ambient light throughout the day and automatically adjusts the screen. A monitor set at an optimal brightness for the conditions is more comfortable to use, FlexScan are adjustable to less than 1% of their maximum.
Colour
Each FlexScan monitor’s colour temperature, gamma, white balance and brightness are measured and adjusted at the factory before delivery. Paper Mode reduces the amount of blue light emitted and when used in conjunction with Auto EcoView, blue light is reduced by up to 80%.
Anti-glare
The panel is treated with an anti-glare coating that provides a cleaner ‘window’ by reducing unwanted reflections that make the eye work harder and the head change position. The highly adjustable FlexStand also allows users to angle the screen away from sources of light.
Flicker free
FlexScan monitors use an EIZO-developed solution that eliminates the imperceptible flicker that tires the eye. Hybrid technology controls brightness and power without compromising quality or stability and ensures a flicker-free experience that is certified by TÜV Rheinland.
Ergonomics
We think a monitor should adjust to the user, not the other way around. The EIZO FlexStand makes finding the optimum setup simpler with up to 192mm of vertical adjustment, 344° swivel, 90° rotation for portrait viewing and easy connector access, plus 5° forward and 35° back tilt.
