EIZO | FlexScan EV2401S

Hakusan, Japan, October 22, 2026 – EIZO Corporation (TSE: 6737) today announced the FlexScan EV2401S – a 23.8-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) monitor designed for extended deployment across office and home work environments. Building on the proven performance of its predecessor, the EV2480, it combines enhanced visual performance, low power consumption, and an industry-leading warranty to support organisations seeking lasting value from workplace technology.

As organisations reevaluate the technology used across offices and home workspaces, attention is increasingly shifting from short-term specifications to lifecycle value. As one of the most frequently used devices in the workplace, the monitor plays an important role in reducing both operating costs and environmental impact. The EV2401S addresses these priorities with a typical power consumption of just 9 watts and a range of power-saving technologies designed to reduce energy use over time.

Lasting value also depends on extending the usable life of workplace technology. Reflecting EIZO’s commitment to product quality, reliability, and long-term customer support, the EV2401S is backed by a comprehensive 7-year warranty¹, the longest warranty period available for a monitor worldwide². By enabling longer replacement cycles and helping organizations maximize their technology investments, the warranty contributes to both economic and environmental sustainability goals.

Alongside its long-term operational benefits, the EV2401S is designed to support productivity and viewing comfort throughout the workday. Its 23.8-inch Full HD screen expands workspace compared with a notebook PC, helping users work comfortably and efficiently. Despite its larger viewing area, the monitor maintains a compact footprint of just 537.8 mm wide and 253.1 mm deep, helping maximise available desk space.

To further enhance the user experience, the EV2401S introduces several enhancements over its predecessor. It offers a contrast ratio of 1500:1, up from 1000:1, and brightness of 350 cd/m², increased from 250 cd/m2, providing clearer visibility.

The EV2401S is the first FlexScan monitor to support refresh rates of up to 120 Hz, delivering smoother scrolling, more responsive cursor movement, and a more comfortable user experience. Support for Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and Dynamic Refresh Rate (DRR) in Windows 11 enables the monitor to automatically adapt its refresh rate to on-screen activity, providing fluid performance during active use while conserving energy when displaying static content.

The EV2401S is certified to globally recognised sustainability standards, including ENERGY STAR, TCO Certified, generation 10, EPEAT³, and EPEAT Climate+. These independent certifications provide assurance that the monitor meets rigorous environmental criteria and supports organisations pursuing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) objectives.
